How to increase your metabolic rate over 2000 calories per day?
If you will follow these tricks below, your metabolic rate will be close to 2000 calories per day, which is fantastic for weight loss and the easiest way to get skinny fast! I have mentioned them again in my video, and I will mention them again, because they are really important.
- Drink a lot of water, at least 2-3 liters per day
Water is essential for weight loss, and if you go and ask the women that have lost a lot of weight, they will all tell you that they used to drink at least 3 liters of water each day.
Remember: have a bottle of water with you all time and set your alarm so that you drink water each hour. This is really important, so please do it! You will thank me later 🙂
- Do a 15-20 minutes intense workout every morning!
Because your body has the fastest metabolism in the morning, doing a 15 minutes workout, right after you wake up, on your empty stomach, drastically boosts your metabolism and gives you more energy throughout the day!
You start with a general worm up of about 2 minutes, then do 4 sets of: 5 burpees, 10 pushups, 20 squats, 20 lunges, 30 abdominal crunches and 50 jumpin jacks.

- walk to work; even if you live far away and you usually drive to work, take the bus and walk a few blocks.
- wash the dishes by hand instead of having them done with the wash machine
- walk to your favorite restaurant for your lunch or have it in the park
- vacuum your house twice every week
- climb the stairs instead of taking the elevator
- take dancing lessons 3 times per week, as this will make your blood moving
- go for a 10 minutes jogging or walk every evening with your friends. If it is cold outside, take some worm clothes.
