Simply put, these hormones are scientifically proven to break apart stubborn pockets of body fat in the areas where you have created blood flow. Step #1: Warm up for 5 Minutes (light calisthenics or brisk walking)
Step #2: Pick an exercise that specifically “targets” your problem area and perform as many reps as you can in 60 seconds (pausing when necessary to rest).
Step #3: Perform short, high intensity bouts of cardio exercise (any type) as hard as you can go for 20-30 seconds.
Repeat this 3-step protocol 5 to 8 times, which sets you up for the perfect storm inside your body to start “burning off” this stubborn fat.
